When will my order be shipped?

Most of our products are custom made in our Kansas production facility. Please allow 5-7 business days for production and handling before your order ships from our warehouse.

Are your nutrition products safe for competitions?

Yes, Ortho Equine offers all-natural, competition-safe equine and multi-species supplements developed with top scientists, nutritionists, and veterinarians to promote health and well-being.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our nutritional products are sourced and manufactured entirely in the U.S.A. Our tack products are manufactured in the U.S.A. at our Kansas location, using both domestic and imported textiles and materials.

Do you accept returns?

Due to custom production, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any concerns about a defect with your order, please contact us right away and we will make sure you are completely satisfied.

Full Return Policy

Discrepancies

Customer must notify Ortho Equine, LLC within 15 days of order date of any discrepancies in quantity, sizing, or price.

Guarantee

Ortho Equine, LLC will guarantee and replace any product because of defects in material or workmanship.  Credit or replacement will not be made for products misused or abused or for incorrect sizes if product has been worn.

Returned Goods Policy

  • All Merchandise must have prior approval before being returned
  • Discontinued merchandise cannot be returned
  • Merchandise that has been used or shows signs of age cannot be returned.
  • Private label and/or custom made items cannot be returned for refund.
  • Items ordered in error will be exchanged within two weeks from date of invoice, free of charge, if resalable.  Credit will be applied to customer account, no cash refunds.

Restocking Charges

0-14 days from date of invoice – No restocking charge if resalable

15-90 days from date of invoice – 30% restocking fee and handling charge for exchange or return

No returns accepted 90 days from date of order.
